At The Herbal Hause, care does not end when your order arrives. We want you to feel confident bringing our products into your body-care ritual. If something about your purchase is not right, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right.

How the Family Promise works

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Damaged, leaking or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging when applicable. We’ll review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

A few important details

The Family Promise is intended to give our customers confidence while allowing us to handle each concern fairly. Because our products are personal-care items, we may not be able to accept physical returns of opened or used products. The promise does not cover products that have been fully consumed, intentionally damaged, misused, or purchased from an unauthorized third party. Shipping-related claims may require supporting photos or carrier information.

The Family Promise does not guarantee specific skin results. Everyone’s skin is different, and our products are cosmetic body-care products rather than treatments for medical conditions.
