Cosmetic Use & Intended Purpose
The Herbal Hause offers botanical personal-care and cosmetic products intended for external use and general skin care.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, our products are cosmetics and are not drugs or medical treatments.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
References to dry, sensitive, irritated-feeling, or eczema-prone skin describe skin types, cosmetic concerns, intended audiences, or product-use experiences and should not be interpreted as claims that our products treat eczema or any other medical condition.
No Medical Advice
Information provided through The Herbal Hause website, product descriptions, packaging, Skin Wisdom articles, emails, social media, educational materials, or other communications is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing provided by The Herbal Hause should be considered medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you have eczema, allergies, a diagnosed skin condition, persistent irritation, broken or infected skin, or another medical concern, consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Individual Results
Every person's skin is different.
Ingredients and products that work well for one person may not produce the same experience for another. We do not guarantee specific cosmetic results or represent that any product will produce identical results for every customer.
Customer experiences, reviews, photographs, testimonials, or other statements regarding individual experiences represent those individuals' experiences and do not guarantee that another customer will experience the same results.
Allergies & Sensitivities
Our products contain botanical ingredients, oils, butters, minerals, plant materials, and other naturally derived ingredients.
“Natural” does not mean that an ingredient cannot cause sensitivity or an allergic reaction.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the complete ingredient information provided for a product before use, particularly if they have known allergies or sensitivities.
When appropriate, consider performing a small patch test before broader use.
Discontinue use if irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs. Seek appropriate medical attention for severe or persistent reactions.
External Use
Unless expressly stated otherwise, The Herbal Hause personal-care products are intended for external use only.
Avoid contact with eyes and other sensitive areas. Do not ingest products unless a product is specifically manufactured, labeled, and sold for ingestion.
Keep products out of reach of children unless being used under appropriate adult supervision.
Always follow the directions and cautions provided with the individual product.
Botanical & Small-Batch Variations
The Herbal Hause products may be handcrafted or produced in small batches using botanical and naturally derived ingredients.
Natural variations in color, scent, texture, appearance, botanical distribution, or consistency may occur between batches.
These natural variations do not necessarily indicate that a product is defective.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, ingredient information, photographs, weights, pricing, availability, and other information.
However, packaging, ingredient sourcing, product appearance, formulations, photographs, and other details may be updated from time to time.
Customers should review the information accompanying the product they receive and contact us if they have questions regarding a particular product.
